PE Class, Miss Goshe

Noah smiled at Olivia. "Hello." he said, "do you like this game? I've never been that into it, but I plan to do my best!" He looked toward the other team and was trying to decide who to hit first. He really wasn't interested in the game, but he was strong and quick. He was a decent player even though he wasn't too into it.

Lizzie was grinning. She was ready to start playing. Looking over at Lilly, she was grinning widely and she couldn't wait for the game to get going. She wiggled her fingers at some of the guys on the opposing team before she looked over at Miss Goshe to see when they were going to start, the wind blowing her curly pigtails straight back. She leaned forward, resting her hands on her knees.

Lissa smiled at Olivia, and returned her greeting. "Hi." she said looking over at the Aussie girl. "Your name is Olivia, isn't it?" she asked. "Aren't you my roommate?" She looked over at the other team. They had one more boy than their own team, and it looked like Miss Goshe was changing her mind about actually playing. Maybe she was deciding to be the referee instead.

Taking his arm slowly off of his eyes, the brun yawned and rubbed his eyes. Looking around, he sat up, and coughed.
"Where am I..?" he mumbled to himself, placing one hand on the ground, and pushing himself up, getting himself into a standing position.
We're in the coooourt-yaaaard. Do. You. Understand. What. I. Am. Saying? a voice said in his head, making Aaron sigh and gave a slight nod.
Noticing rest of the students when he turned around, Aaron chuckled slightly at how lost he was and headed to where Chepe's team were. At least I found them in time... he thought, scratching the rim of his neck.

Miss Goshe looked at everyone. "Are we ready to start? I'm going to stay back here and referee." She stepped back. "Is everyone ready?" she asked, grinning. She looked at the students, checking one more time to make sure they were all there, and noting again the late arrivals who she was going to make dig the holes and plant the schools new garden after the bug activity. She would make sure that they were all present.

Chuck gave Noah a quick once over look, wondering briefly if the boy knew him by reputation or if he'd chosen Chuck because he was the most athletic-looking one there. Deciding it didn't really matter, he glanced over his team members. Some of them looked absolutely miserable, while others looked eager. He knew that Emma wasn't the athletic type, but she had both Chuck AND Kyren to watch over her. Chuck had no idea if Kyren had any athletic skill, but he was sure the boy would protect his little sister to the death...or at least, to the 'out'.

Though he and Kyren weren't exactly on friendly terms right now, considering that Emma was the object of their affection, Chuck decided to bite the bullet on this one. Sauntering over to the silver haired boy, Chuck spoke directly to him, keeping his voice low and neutral. "Kyren, I know we don't get along very well, but just hear me out." Chuck nodded towards Emma's petite form, looking fairly pleased despite being subjected to dodgeball, "Your sister is a sitting duck out here. I know you don't want to see her get hurt, and neither do I. So here's the deal. I'll cover your back if you cover mine and we can work together to make sure Emma doesn't get hurt. Okay?"

Forget having a bad day, Kyren was having a bad week. Staying after class, he could handle, but being told he couldn't pelt Chuck Wilder with a dodgeball was highly upsetting. So imagine his surprise when the aforementioned Wilder approached Kyren of his own free will, although he hid his shock behind his general scowl. His interest was peaked however, when the mutt brought up a valid point. Looking Chuck up and down in obvious judgement, Kyren grudgingly nodded, glancing at his sister as well. If she ever tried to say that he didn't care for her, he would have this moment to prove her otherwise. "Just try to keep up, wolf," he finally spoke, and got into position for the start of the game. He had grown up running, be it from bullies or to Emma's room in the case of a nightmare, and this would be his greatest strength in the game that held no mercy for the slow.

"Are we all ready to start?" Miss Goshe asked, looking at the teams lined up on either side of the balls She backed up out of the way and blew one long note on her whistle, the sound piercing the air as the teams immediately made a dive for the balls.

At the sound of the shrill whistle filling the air -initiating the start of the game- Lena took off from Chepe’s side going after one of the five balls positioned equally apart across the chalk line, separating the two teams. Scooping up the ball furthest to the right, barely beating the strawberry blonde on the opposing team, Lena took a few steps back taking aim at Mina. Too bad pelting the Barbie in the head was against the rules…might have knocked some sense in the persistent twit. Compromising for the girl’s back Lena threw the ball bee lining for her target.

Mina saw the red haired bimbo throw the ball at her and she dropped to her knees just in time as the ball sailed over her head. She smirked at the redhead. as she popped back up and ran backwards.

Chepe had a ball in his hands almost as fast as Lena did, chucking it at whoever was nearest to him. It was heading toward Kyren and Chepe laughed as he backed up some. He thought it was fun, he just wished Lena had been able to hit Mina

Picking up the ball that was meant for the blonde, Lorilynn thought briefly about who to target. "Ah-ha," She smirked, getting ready to throw the ball. "I'll just aim for my red headed friend over there." Lorilynn threw the ball, but to her dismay, it completely missed Lena and whizzed right passed a tall, brown haired boy with glasses. Although he wasn't originally her target, she wished she could have gotten him. Lorilynn's aim was horrendous. She could never hit him! And if she wanted to get the boy out, she'd probably have to keep aiming for Lena.

Instead of running for a one of the dodge balls where she would ultimately be a lamb for slaughter (sitting target) Emma was content with staying towards the back of the group - a few feet behind her brother- at a somewhat safe distance. As if there was such a place you could call safe out here! Her excitement for the game was completely lost as a ball whooshed past Kyren, barely missing the small brunette as it whizzing past her head. Thank God I wore contacts today… Emma thought her heart beating violently in her chest at this brutal game. Once the coast was clear (or as clear as it was ever going to get) Emma ran off after the ball that had barely missed knocking her off her feet, rolling to a stop near the dirt patch.

Kyren allowed other members to make the wild dash for the far too few number of balls at the center of the gameplay area. Trying to keep track of who managed to snatch one up, he was a little miffed that Chepe had almost managed to hit both Kyren and Emma. Taking this as a declaration of war, Kyren made a short sprint for one of the balls currently rolling around as feet shuffled to keep up with it. He wasn't sure just who's feet he was referring to, but it didn't matter. He needed a ball, and he needed it that instant. Diving for the ball, he curled around it and rolled so that he would not have to stop completely. Getting up with his temporary ammo, he made a dash back to the general area that he had left Emma, looking for a certain someone with long black hair in a ponytail. Spotting his target, he threw, actually trusting the wolf to do his part of the deal as he did so.

Chepe watched Kyren chase the ball under his teammates legs. Grinning he krpt an eye out for balls coming from everyone on the other team. He had a great eye for this game and it was very hard for someone to get him out. The ball, when Kyren threw it came straight toward him, and Chepe stepped to the side letting it go past. Turning he chased the ball that was still rolling and picked it up. His hair in his eyes he headed back, grinning. He wiped the hair back so he could see clearly and taking aim he hurled the ball toward Lissa. He had a very strong arm and it sped toward her.

Lissa was worried about this game.She'd never been good at it. She was doing pretty good so far at dodging the balls but she didn't dare try to pick one up. She figured her teammates would be able to keep her safe enough. But when Kyren threw a ball at the black haired boy...Chepe, she thought his name was, he stepped casually out of the path of the ball. He moved so quickly that she didn't see the ball coming until it was already close to her. As the ball glanced off her arm, she knew she was out. She sighed, having expected it and sat down in the grass near her team.

Ah-Gyul waited for a ball to come at him when one whizzed right by his head, breezing past strands of his auburnish-brown hair. Analyzing the field, he figured out the culprit was a girl with long white hair. Had she been aiming for him? Nevertheless, he was going to get her out. The tall Korean watched his back as he swooped the ball up from where it hand landed, and dashed forward to lob it at his former attacker.

Scooping up the ball mid-bounce that had taken her roommate Lissa out of the game, Olivia turned sharply on her heels. Her eyes were set on Lizzie since the beginning of the game, but as Ah-Gyul seemed preoccupied taking a shot at one of the girls on her team Olivia chose to take advantage of his distraction. Taking aim she sent her ball flying in his direction.

Lorilynn watched the fast ball flying towards her for a quick second before she moved out of the way. So, that's how he wanted to play. Making sure she was safe for the moment, she ran after a stray ball. She could care less if she had crappy aim! She was going to get this guy out one way or another. Narrowing her eyes a bit, she chucked it at him, but it looked like she wasn't the only one targeting him, as she caught a sight of a strawberry ball hurling a ball at him as well. So he's a wanted man. She thought.

A familiar flash of orange caught the corner of Ah-Gyul's eye as the ball he'd thrown flew barely past his target, and he marked an oncoming dodgeball right after. His knees bent and waste curved to the side as he let the thing soar past. And when the white-haired girl threw a ball at him also, badly, he caught himself from leaning into the thing's path.

Trotting back to the group ball in hand Emma scanned the scene that lay out in front of her. For only having five balls in play, minus the one in her possession, they were extremely hard to keep track of. Well better join in.... Emma thought biting her bottom lip. Bringing the ball above her head with both hands, Emma lobbed it with all her might –which wasn’t much- sending the orange ball towards the other team - in the direction of the only people within her range...her brother’s roommate and an athletic brunette who seemed rather skillful at this game.

"Watch it dude! get back a bit if you don't wanna be hit," Rebecca ordered some brunette guy on her team as she leaped forward to catch the clumsily thrown ball that was Lorilynn's. She'd thrown herself at the projectile and clutched it to her chest as she fell slightly.
She rolled herself up from the grass and waved the ball at Lorilynn. "No hard feelings," Rebecca called to the other side as she addressed her now out acquantance. She waved the ball up a little bit and grinned evilly before flinging the ball full-speed at Kyren's shins.

"Aww, darn it Becky!" Lorilynn cried, trying to look upset, but failing miserably. It was fun while it lasted, but she was confident she'd be back in sooner or later. But when she was, she wasn't going to throw anymore, just running and possibly catching. Seating herself on the grass nearby, she watched the game in all it's intensity. Next time, she promised herself.

Ah-Gyul shot a look at the girl who'd just tried to tell him what to do. He knew that by now, he could figure it out. He'd stepped back a few paces when a smallish, brown-haired girl lobbed a ball high up....and towards him? He guessed it could be a simple thing to catch it but decided against that as it flew closer. Catching would require stepping back in such a way his balance could be thrown out and leave him a sitting duck. He ran back a couple of meters or so, grabbing up the weakly-thrown ball as he went. For the moment he'd hold onto it for defense until an opportune moment came to wipe out some competition.

Lena maneuvered around the twins picking up the ball that Olivia had thrown - missing its intended Korean target. Without stopping the redhead darted toward the line separating the teams in order to get a better shot at her previous target. Cutting her mission short was a flash of orange heading towards her from the right. Stumbling backwards to avoid the ball – unable to pinpoint the assailant – Lena retrieved it as it tried to roll away. “Yo! Rebecca!” Lena called out, remembering the brunette’s name from the sorting of teams. Tossing her the extra ball, Lena jerked her head in the direction of Mina. Why not rope someone else in on getting Wannabe Barbie out?
